Shipping policy

Links By Nami is run by a singular person, who is also enrolled in college, so please be patient! Most items are shipped out within a week, but sometimes supplies are limited and must be ordered which can take a few days.

If your order cannot be shipped out within 2 weeks, you will be notified! Packages usually are delivered within 2-7 days after being shipped, so please be patient and check your tracking.

If for some reason, I am unable to get the supplies needed for your order in a timely manner, you will be contacted with three options:

1. I will inform you of the expected wait time for the supplies to deliver, and you can choose to wait.
2. I can give you a selection of alternative supplies to satisfy the missing one(s).
3. You can request a refund.
